Return Process

  Log into your Manikoco account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging along with your order slip to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
